We have the full range of coordinating stationery to match all our of gorgeous wedding invitations:

These are particularly useful if you are having a wedding abroad, or during the busy summer months or a bank holiday weekend. They will ensure all your friends and family will keep your date free! They are typically sent out around one year before your wedding, and you may wish to include a website address where your guests can keep up to date with your wedding plans. They are A6 double sided postcards with envelopes and printed on high quality 350gsm silk card.
Our wedding invites are available in 2 formats - folded or postcard. Both are supplied with quality Conqueror envelopes and printed on 350gsm card. Our wedding invitations can be personalised on the front, inside and back with your own wording and fonts. To make them even more personal, why not add a photograph on the back of a folded wedding invite. This could be an engagement portrait or a photo of your wedding venue. Send these out to the guests who are invited to both the ceremony and reception.
Evening invites are also available in folded or postcard format, printed on 350gsm card and supplied with high quality peel and seal envelopes. Just like the wedding invitations, you can personalise these with your own wording, fonts and photographs. Send these to the guests that are invited to your evening reception.
RSVP cards are very useful to encourage speedy responses from your guests. They are double sided postcards and fit snuggly inside the wedding invites. All your guest has to do is, fill in their names, tick a few boxes, stick a stamp on the front and pop into the postbox - simple! If you need to gather specific information such as menu choices, numbers for transportation or song suggestions, we would encourage you to include a reply card with your invitations.
Guest info cards allow you to provide additional information to your guests such as directions, menu choices, contact details or info on wedding presents.
We have 3 formats of Order of Service - Cover only, A5 folded or Tri-fold. Your choice will depend on the length of text you need to include. If you are having a civil ceremony, an A5 folded card is usually ideal. If you need to include words for 2-3 hymns, a tri-fold card will be more suitable. If you have a particularly lengthy service or would like to do a little DIY, you may consider the cover only option. We will provide you with a personalised outer card and you can print a booklet to attach into it. We recommend one Order of Service per guest, but if you are on a budget, you could supply one per couple or single person.
We can supply you with a table plan up to 32cm x 45cm in size (slightly larger than A3). These are printed on 350gsm card and supplied rolled in a tube ready for you to mount or frame. If you feel that you will need a larger plan, we can supply you with a digital table plan - high resolution artwork designed to your own size specifications which you can then get printed yourself.
Once your guests have found where they are sitting from your table plan, they will need to find their seats. Our A6 tent fold table name / numbers can be placed directly on the table or in holders. Numbers are still popular (in numerical or word format) but increasingly couples are choosing to name their tables. Some examples would be footballers, cocktails, places you have visited together, famous couples, childhood tv programmes, colours or flowers.
We can supply you with place settings that are blank for you to handwrite each guest name, or we can print your guest names directly onto each card. They are tent fold cards, 10cm x 4.5cm in size.
We have 2 menu formats - flat or folded. We recommend that you provide 2 to 3 menus per table. Although your guests may not have a choice of what they are having for dinner or wedding breakfast, it's nice to let them know what delicious food they will be feasting on!
Before you know it, your big day will be over and you will be left with many happy memories. You will no doubt have received many wedding presents and messages and you will want to thank your guests for their generosity and best wishes. We can supply you with folded thank you cards or double sided postcards - both supplied with envelopes. Many of our brides and grooms will feature 1 or 2 of their photographs from the day itself on their cards - it's a lovely reminder of your day and a wonderful keepsake for your guests.
We have over 20 designs for you to choose from, but this week, these are the most requested wedding invitations:

Once again, our most requested sample this week is White Roses and we can understand why - it works with so many colour schemes or themes. It features a bunch of beautiful off white roses, and is both simple and elegant. You can personalise the colour of the font to coordinate with your colours, but we find that most people choose the gorgeous chocolate brown text from our samples.
Gerberas are stunning in bouquets and centerpieces, and hot pink flowers have been so popular. We actually have a few pink gerbera designs (with another one on the way!) including Pink Gerbera and the ever popular Hot Pink. If you are having a more subtle colour scheme, check out our 'Promise' collection featuring pretty dusky pink gerberas.
Orange has been a very popular wedding theme for a couple of years now, and many actually choose to combine the Burnt Orange Gerbera wedding stationery with one of the hot pink gerbera designs. Remember that there is nothing saying you have to stick with the same design throughout - we have had couples who have alternated placecards for example around the tables with pink and orange gerberas.
Purple was definitely the colour for 2011 and still looks to be popular amongst those getting married in 2012. The Bed of Roses range has a very elegant and traditional style to it, and the gorgeous cadbury purple colour scheme is simply beautiful.
