Question: Can I order samples of your stationery?
Answer: Yes. To request your free wedding invitation sample, just go to the design that you wish to receive, and click on the 3rd icon from the left (icon of a little page, near the save button at the top). To request your free baby card sample pack, go into any design and click on the middle icon at the top. Then fill in your details, and we will send you your samples. We will send out sample packs within 1 week. During busy times, these may take a day or so longer.
 
Question: What size are your baby cards?
Answer: You have 2 options for your baby cards. The first is a double sided A6 postcard (supplied with envelope) and the other is a folded card which is A6 when folded (also supplied with envelope)
 
Question: What weight of card is your stationery printed on?
Answer: We digitally print all our stationery on 350gsm white matt card.
 
Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: You can place your order online. If you would like to order Wedding Stationery, simply select 'Order' on the menu bar at the top. You enter all your details online, and choose to pay either by cheque or online with your credit or debit card. If you would like to order Baby Cards, just go to the design you would like to order, and click the 'Order Now button. Proceed to enter your wording details, pay securely online, then email your photographs to our designer lisa@wickedlyinnocent.co.uk
 
Question: Is there a minimum order value?
Answer: We have a minimum order quantity of 30 for our baby cards. There is no minimum order value for wedding stationery. But if you require names printed onto your placecards, we do ask for a minimum of 50 names.
 
Question: Do I have to order all of my wedding stationery at the same time?
Answer: No. You are free to make an initial order for your invitations, and a further order for your orders of service, place cards, thank you cards, etc after you have confirmed numbers. If you do order all items of stationery together, then your Invitations (and RSVP and Guest Info cards if ordered) can be dispatched first, with the remainder of your stationery shipped as and when you have confirmed wording, guest names etc.
 
Question: How do I pay?
Answer: Payment can be made either by cheque, or by credit or debit card. If you would like to pay by cheque, simply send full payment with your order confirmation after submitting your details online. Otherwise, pay using your credit card online. Please note that we cannot accept Maestro cards which have 18 digits on our website. If you would like to pay with a Maestro card, please let us know and we will email you a Google Checkout invoice which will accept all major cards.
 
Question: Why is my Maestro card not being accepted?
Answer: Our website will accept all major credit and debit cards but unfortunately at this time, we are unable to process Maestro cards which have 18 digits. If you wish to pay with this card, simply email us with your order and we will send you a Google Checkout invoice which will allow you to pay securely online with this card.
 
Question: How do I provide you with photographs for my baby cards or wedding stationery?
Answer: Once you have placed your order or requested your free baby proof, please email your photographs to info@wickedlyinnocent.co.uk . If sending throught hotmail, make sure you attach the photographs as 'files' rahther than 'photos' to ensure the pictures are not compressed.
 
Question: How much is post and packaging, and how will my order be delivered?
Answer: Postage charges to both the UK and Republic of Ireland can be found on our 'Prices' page. The cost will vary depending on the amount of stationery items ordered. All items are sent using either Royal Mail's Recorded or Special Delivery, or Parcelforce. It will require a signature on delivery. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if orders are lost or delayed when dispatched. All orders will be insured, so if they are lost or damaged, we will remake as a matter of urgency and reposted to you, but we will not be able to issue a refund. The cost of Post and Packaging is included in the price of our Baby Cards.
 
Question: Will I get a proof of my order before going to print?
Answer: Yes. A proof of your Baby card will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours of you placing your order. When you place a wedding stationery order, please choose whether you would like to receive your proofs via email or post. Email proofing is significantly faster, and will be emailed over to you within 3 working days. If you require proofs via post, these will be delivered to you within 7 days from you placing the order. Amendments to your stationery, will be via email to speed up the printing process.
 
Question: Once I place my order, how long is it before it is delivered?
Answer: Baby card orders will be dispatched within 2 days of your approval. Wedding Stationery orders will be dispatched approximately 2 weeks after approval depending on the size of your order. If you need an order in a hurry - just contact to see if we can provide an express service for you at no additional cost.
 
Question: What if I need my wedding stationery quickly?
Answer: If you need your stationery in a hurry, please contact our office or fill in the form on our Contact Us page, and depending on our work load at that time, we can provide an express service at no extra cost.
 
Question: What if I run out of wedding invitations or baby cards?
Answer: We advise our customers to order a few spare wedding invitations ‘just in case’. There may be people you have forgotten, or those who may be ‘upgraded’. But if you have ran out of invitations, contact our office and we will print your extra invitations and dispatch as soon as possible. We keep all baby card orders on file for 3 months, so if you wish to order extra cards, simply contact us and we will email you with an invoice for the cost.
 
Question: Can I change colours, text and fonts of any design?
Answer: You can certainly change the colours and fonts on our baby cards as these are bespokely designed for each order. To an extent, our wedding stationery can be altered to suit your own personal taste. We can change wording, fonts, and colour of text on both the outer card and inserts. We cannot change the colour of any images that are used within each design, for example in our Hot Pink collection, the colour of the gerbera cannot be changed.
 
Question: Can we choose our own font and wording for our wedding invitations?
Answer: Yes. You can supply us with your own wording, preferably typed or emailed and provided when ordering. We will do our very best to accommodate your wishes with regards your chosen font.
 
Question: Will you print my guest’s names on our invitations?
Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot print your guest names on your invitations.
 
Question: What are "Saved Items"?
Answer: The 'Saved Item's function is there, to make it easier for you to view your favourite wedding stationery designs. If you like a design, simply click the 'Save' icon in the top right hand corner, and it will be placed in your own personal saved list on the left hand side. This will give you fast and easy access to these designs, to help you narrow down and choose your favourite.
 
Question: When do I send my invitations?
Answer: We recommend that you send your invitations no later than 6 weeks before your wedding, but preferably 3 months before your big day.
 
Question: Can we use our own images on our wedding stationery?
Answer: You can provide us with your own image or photograph to ensure your stationery is truly unique. Please note, that all images must be of high quality (ie 300dpi). Please get permission from whoever has the copyright for the photograph before providing it to us.
 
Question: Can you ship to Europe or USA
Answer: We do ship to Europe, but unfortunately at this present time, we cannot ship to the USA. Please contact us for an estimate on shipping charges.
 
Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it online with a full refund - only if any design work hasn't yet commenced on your stationery. Any cancellations after the 14 days will be subject to a 50% refund. Unfortunately you cannot cancel an order, once it has been approved for print. Refunds will only be offered if the stationery is damaged. Please check all stationery on delivery, and let us know of any items which may be missing or damaged within 7 days. *Please note any items of wedding stationery not used up by the wedding day cannot be refunded, but we will give you a credit note or gift certificate to use against any other items of stationery.
